Challenge

The client, a large global industrial company, needed assistance in selecting a new service management tool to support their strategic direction and improve operational performance.


Our Work

Clorient served as the lead procurement consultant for this project. Our tasks included helping the client gather key requirements for the tool and objectively evaluating different tool options in collaboration with them. We acted as a bridge to facilitate communication between different functions within the organization. Additionally, we provided service management insights that aided the client in selecting a tool that aligns with their current and future processes.


Outcome
