Robert Pinnington has been building and managing Service Desks since the 1990s. Throughout his career, he has stayed at the forefront of Service and Project Management, contributing to the development of globally recognized frameworks such as ITIL and PRINCE2.
As Clorient’s training partner, Robert brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for empowering individuals. His training sessions combine decades of practical experience with a deep understanding of best practices, engaging trainees and enhancing organizational performance.

Henrique is a project management and agile professional with over 20 years of international experience as project manager, trainer, consultant, coach, and author.
His consulting and training work spans a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, defense, construction, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, government, media, telecommunications, utilities, nuclear, consumer goods, and healthcare.
Author of several well-known books, including Scrum Handbook, McGraw-Hill Education PMP® Exam, and PMP Exam Complete Guide, he has delivered training, workshops, and consulting worldwide, lectured at leading universities, and spoken at international PMI congresses. He has also contributed to the PMBOK® Guide 5th–7th editions, the Standard for Program Management, and the PRINCE2® 7th Edition.
