Purchasing Courses for Multiple Participants

Can I purchase a course for multiple participants in one order? Yes! If multiple participants from your organization are enrolling in a course, you can purchase training for all participants in a single order.

How to register multiple participants?

  • At checkout, include the names and email addresses of all participants in the "Additional Information" field.

  • After payment, we will issue individual vouchers for each participant to access their training.

VAT & Billing Information

Clorient.com is a Finland-based company selling eLearning courses and instructor-led training services. Below, you will find information on VAT (Value-Added Tax) policies, invoices, and payment options, depending on your location and customer type.

Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes, we provide VAT-compliant invoices.

  • After purchasing a course, you will receive a digital invoice with VAT details.

  • If you need a customized invoice for corporate purchases, please contact our support team.

VAT for Customers in Finland

All purchases made by customers in Finland (both individuals & businesses) are subject to 25,5% VAT.

  • VAT is automatically included in the price at checkout.

  • Finnish companies may reclaim VAT according to Finnish tax regulations.

VAT Exemption (VAT 0%) for EU Business Customers

Businesses located in the EU (outside Finland) with a valid VAT number may qualify for VAT 0% under the reverse charge mechanism.

How to apply for VAT 0% as an EU business customer?

VAT exemption is NOT applied automatically at checkout. If you wish to purchase with VAT 0%, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team before placing an order.

  2. Provide your valid VAT number, which we will verify through the VIES system.

  3. We will issue a VAT-exempt invoice and provide payment instructions.

  4. Once payment is received, you will gain access to your course.

Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, making it difficult to attend a scheduled training. Below are our cancellation and rescheduling policies for different types of courses.

Can I reschedule or cancel my training?

Instructor-Led Training (Live Online Courses)

  • We offer one-time rescheduling to another course of equal or lower value.

  • The request must be made at least seven (7) days before the course start date.

eLearning Courses (Self-Paced Online Training)

  • eLearning courses are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.

  • You will have 12 months of access to complete the course at your own pace.

What if I need to cancel my course?

Instructor-Led Training:

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment, our cancellation policy follows the terms outlined in our online store.

eLearning Courses:

  • Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase.

How do I enroll in a course?

eLearning Courses:

  • Simply add the course to your cart, complete the payment, nd you will receive course access within 24 hours.

Live Instructor-Led Training:

  • After purchasing, you will receive an email with session details and a Microsoft Teams link before the training starts.

How long do I have access to my eLearning course?

You will have 12 months of access to your eLearning course from the date of purchase. Study at your own pace with unlimited course access during this period.

Certification exam

How do I take the certification exam?

The certification exam is conducted online via a web-based platform managed by PeopleCert. The process consists of the following steps:

  1. Create an account on the PeopleCert website (If you already have an account, you can use your existing credentials.)

  2. Log in to your account

  3. Activate your exam voucher (provided after course enrollment)

  4. Schedule your exam at a convenient time

  5. Review the exam guidelines to understand the exam process

  6. Test your exam environment to ensure compatibility before exam day

  7. Take the exam online under remote proctoring

How long do I have to take my certification exam?

You must complete your certification exam within one (1) year from the date of course completion.

We strongly recommend taking the exam as soon as possible after the course, while the topics are still fresh in your memory.

What if I fail the certification exam?

  • If your course includes the Take2 Exam Retake option, you will receive a free second attempt at no extra cost.

  • If Take2 is not included, you can purchase an exam retake separately.

How long is the certification valid?

Certification is valid for three (3) years.

After expiration, your certification remains in PeopleCert’s official records, but it will be marked as expired and requiring renewal.

How Can I renew my certification?

  • Retake the certification exam

  • Complete an intermediate or advanced course (ITIL 4, PRINCE2)

  • Earn CPD points (requires an active PeopleCert Plus Membership)

Do I need to join the Peoplecert Plus Membership?

No, PeopleCert Plus Membership is NOT mandatory. However, it offers several benefits for those interested in maintaining their certification and professional development.
