Challenge
Experts from the IT unit of a Finnish educational institution, together with representatives from other departments, recognized the need to upskill existing professionals in ITIL-based service management best practices. The training group consisted of participants with diverse professional backgrounds and varying levels of prior experience, requiring an adaptable and inclusive training approach.
Our Work
Clorient delivered a customized ITIL 4 training tailored to the client’s expectations and specific needs. We began by mapping out the client’s objectives and designing a learning experience that aligned with their operational context. The training provided participants with practical, real-life examples of how to apply best practices and adopt a service-oriented mindset in their day-to-day work. It also equipped them with the knowledge and confidence to pursue the ITIL 4 certification exam.
